The History of Amudim Israel

Amudim Israel’s story begins in New York with the vision of Mendy Klein z”l and Zvi Gluck, partners committed to ensuring that any individual in crisis is provided with the necessary assistance and guidance in the most professional, knowledgeable, and caring manner. This vision became the creation of Amudim, a confidential resource center providing clinical case management and crisis intervention for individuals and families impacted by abuse, trauma, and addiction. Within a few short years of launching, Amudim witnessed the significant volume of calls for help from both overseas students and families living in Israel. Clearly there was the urgent need to open a local branch catering specifically to Anglos in Israel, be it residents, students, or travellers. Since its inception, Amudim Israel has quickly become an indispensable resource for the English speaking population in Israel.
